I see: that ferry is quite full on Piraeus to Paros. From Paros to Santorini there's still enough space.
What you could do is break up the journey, for example start with the 6:45 ferry to Paros (11:05) and then the original ferry from Paros at 11:45 to Santorini.
Alternatively, use the later ferry from Piraeus at 17:00.
