For my ferry going from Venice to Patras I made a reservation that doesn't appear on the app when I want to add my trip. Can I add whatever to just get the QR code for my travel day and then show my separate tickets for the ferry? Or does the reservation need to match rhe trip added to the app? Also, other trips departures and arriving times are not what the ones on their own websites say.

Thank you for your question. For the ferry from Venice to Patras, it's totally fine if the reservation doesn’t appear in the Eurail app. Ferry reservations are often handled separately, when you're traveling, simply show your separate ferry reservation along with your Pass QR code if asked.
