I want to do this trip, I think that I need the 5 days pass, but if I use the planner on the website it says that I need 7days pass. How can I do? Thanks for your help

That planner is not very reliable. If you calculated that you need 5 days, then the pass with 5 days will suffice :)
That's 5 travel days indeed. I never bother with the planner on the Interrail website. I'm not sure what logic it follows but 7 days is not correct.
In addition, please verify timetables on the operators’ websites (Trenitalia, DB, DSB, SJ). The rail planner app is incomplete, often outdated and generally unreliable. It should therefore never be used to plan.
