Hi, I'm not really sure if this is how you use this site so forgive me if I'm “ute och cyklar” as we say in Sweden ( “out biking” when someone is extremely unaware/wrong). When I was 8 (now I’m 19 turned 6 days ago happy birthday to me yay :D) my amazing parents took me on a trip through Europe, we went to many different countries but I fell in LOVE with cochem. It is the one place i til this day think about and miss. I have skimmed through recommendations and such but someone know any/ how to find any well priced (low) hostels/ living places there? :D (sorry if this is not what I am suppoesed to ask lol :D)

Hej

For low-price stuff, I would look at Booking.com (you can select hostels only) and Hostelworld. It’s a small place, so there won’t be tons of options.

You might also want to check Couchsurfing.

Yeah cheap hostels are usually more in the bigger cities. Cochem has a youth hostel, but it seems they dont let you book a bed in a shared room  (The youth hostels outside the big cities are often more targeted towrds groups and less towards people travelling alone)

@Anton Ryttinger What price range are you looking at and how many days do you plan to stay there?
