HI,
I am looking to exchange my ticket (well - get a refund and then buy a new one) because I have 7 travel days and think that I will need 10. But i have already booked by eurostar seats and an overnight couchette to Zurich. Will I need to change these?

Your reservations are completely separate and don't need to be changed.
