Inbound/Outbound travel

My CoR is France. I used one trip to go from Toulouse to Paris (that counted for 1, I didn’t know that it was the case) ; and another to go from Paris to Napoli in Italy (that counted also for 1).

The thing is, there is no more ticket for the train I need to take, I booked the seat but withouth I/O, I don’t know what to do...

So you stayed overnight in Paris then? If you only boarded trains in France on one day, only one travel day should have be used. 

You could go to the train station in Turin and ask if they can sell you a ticket to the seat reservation that you already have. 

Yes, the 13/04, I was in a train : Toulouse (19h35) to Paris (0h25).

I slept in Paris, and the 14/04, I was in a train : Paris (6h46) to Napoli (19h13.

You'll have to buy a new ticket for the TGV, either directly from Turin, or from its last stop in Italy. In the former case, you can get a refund for the TGV pass reservation, which will probably be the cheapest.

There's no way a separate TGV ticket can be sold for an existing pass reservation, so you can do it all by yourself online.

OK, thanks! I'll do this then: go to Turin and ask a TGV controller there to exchange my seat reservation I'd made for a real TGV ticket for Torino - Paris, and I'll ask for a refund for the seat reservation. Thanks for your help !!

A refund of the TGV pass reservation is normally possible until 30 minutes after departure, and only where you bought it. The ticket inspector will not be able to refund it.

The ticket inspector can sell you a regular ticket, but expect it to be the full flexible fare, plus an supplement for buying it onboard.
