I’m planning a trip  from my homecountry Germany to Norway. I plan to travel by train  to Kiel and then take the ferry to Oslo. So I won’t be leaving my country by train. Does that count as an outbound journey? If it does, what ís an outbound journey exactly?

An outbound/inbound journey is a travel in your country of residence. You can normally travel on a maximum of 2 travel days in your country of residence.

However, some country, like Sweden,  have more than 2 travel days that can be used in the country of residence.
