Hello,
The Rail Planner app on mobile requires iPhone version 16.0. Mine is 15.8.3, and I can't download my pass. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance!

If your phone is too old I guess that you need to get a newer phone. Maybe you can borrow one for your travel.

If you're travelling together with someone, then they can also put your pass on their phone. You wouldn't be able to travel separately though.
