Guys, I wanted to know if it is mandatory to do the day of travel in and out of your country during the 7 days of travel. Are they optional? Can I use those days directly outside the my country

The inbound and outbound days are optional. They're just travel days on which you can also travel in your country of residence but it's not mandatory at all.
