I am having problems with the Interail App whilst trying to create a ticket. The whirly Your Tickets are Loading is not stopping. Can anyone help?

If you have no internet or bad internet, that can take a while, several minutes.
If you have already generated the QR code today, then it helps to turn on flight mode.
