Am I able to reserve a 1st class Premium seat using this pass on Spanish trains ?

With a fist class pass you can choose whether you want a Comfort (€13) or Premium (€23,50) seat reservations. The seats are the same but Premium includes a meal, more flexibility and Sala Club access in the train stations. Premium is only available on AVE and Euromed trains.
Wherever 1st class reservations are available on a train with Premium, you're able to book these.
Looks like yes with a 1 class you can reserve them for (23,50€). For example on raileurope.com ( make sure to pay in € to avoid additional costs)
