I have booked the train from florence to venice on 16/05/2026, day return , departure with Fr9400 and return with Fr9437, will I get affect? Should I book the backup train on 14 /05 or 17/05 to have safe trip? Also I have purchased reservations seat for 16 May 2026 can I get refund, many thanks.

You can exchange your Eurail/Interrail reservations free of charge for another day. If your train is cancelled, you can also obtain a refund.

Thank you so much for your information Danhiel 😊 I have exchanged my train trip and reservation seat to 14 May to avoid the strike, yes you are right, is free to exchanged the reservation seat and easy to do it on app.
