I’ve encountered many links from eurail info sites that only lead to an error message saying simply : Forbidden. I recently received a starter pack to help navigate the app and the top two links were dysfunctional leading to this error message. It’s happened multiple times before too.
as there is no phone service for support and the bots only categorize preselected questions, I don’t know how to get help with this.
any suggestions?
