Hey everyone,
I’m Enes (18years old), from Germany and looking for travel buddies for a planned DiscoverEU/Interrail trip through (Austria,) Switzerland, and Italy. I won a DiscoverEU pass and am currently planning the trip.
Here’s the plan so far:
- Innsbruck → Zürich
- Zürich → Interlaken
- Interlaken → Grindelwald or Interlaken → Oeschinensee (Kandersteg): happy to do some hikes
- Kandersteg → Milan (with a day trip to Lake Como)
- Milan → Rome
- Rome → Venice
The idea is to stay around 2-3 nights in most places.
Dates: August 1 - August 22, 2026
The route and stays can change. This is meant to be an exploration trip, not a party holiday. The focus is on nature, cities, and culture.
