I listed my passport as my identification document when I purchased my pass. I’ve since lost my passport. Is my ID card sufficient to prove my identity, even though it’s not the same document listed on my pass ? I have a paper pass, so I can't make any changes.

Do you have a paper pass?
If so, do you still have a copy/scan of your old passport that you could carry with you?
I think that's the best you can do, apart from exchanging the paper pass with the associated costs.
