lost my in box! How can I recover my pass order confirmation?

Maybe you can check on bank account statements who you paid to, that is: to find out where you actually bought the pass.

    First question: on which website did you buy it? Log in on that website and check your account.

        For passes I bought on interrail.eu, my credit card statements mention: Eurail.com BV Utrecht NL

        Hi. 

        I found my order but when I click on the « payment confirmation » nothing happens. Also, when I ask for a email to be sent, i don’t receive anything. 
         

        any idea how o can get my payment confirmation back ?

        A new browser tab with the PDF Is supposed to open. Is your browser maybe preventing that?

        Also, when I ask for a email to be sent, i don’t receive anything.
