mailing time global paper pass

I am writing this message on May 12.  We have European trip scheduled to begin August 21.  We prefer global paper passes to digital passes.  How long does it take to receive a paper pass in the eastern USA?  If it doesn’t arrive in time, can we exchange paper pass for global digital pass?  Under this exchange scenario, please briefly describe the process/conditions.  Thank you.

Hi @Mainzer, you can check how long the delivery time on the checkout process 😉 It takes more or less 30 days to arrive in the USA as shown on the image below.

If your Paper Pass arrived later than the estimated delivery date, please feel free to get in touch with our CS team via https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new. They'll be able to help you if you encounter the issue :)
