managed to book seat but cannot find the route to be added to my trip

Dear fellow travellers, this is the first time I am using interrail. I have a flexi ticket for 4 days. I managed to book a seat on eurorail from London to Brussels (June 20th 2025 at 15.04). I paid and received the seat reservation. My understanding I have to add this trip to “my trip” on the app. But this train is not showing. Can I still travel with the seat reservation and somehow activate my day ticket on the app? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I see your train on my app. Search London - Brussels on 20th June, click on the train and "save journey".

On some phones, the departure time is shown as 35 minutes earlier for Eurostar from/to London. However, if you check the journey details, then the correct departure time is shown. This may be the case on your phone.

In my opinion, this is a bug.

@rvdborgt  you are right. When I clicked the option of 14.29 it shows the correct time at 15.04.

Definitely a bug.

It’s madness to show the trains as departing 35 minutes earlier than they do. No other timetable search does this! It creates a lot of confusion.

But it’s even more mad that it’s not consistent - for example ​@thibcabe‘s phone shows the correct 1504 departure time. Mine, like the OP’s, show 1429.

It comes up daily on various Facebook groups that people can't find their Eurostar because of this.
