Is it possible to change the order of the trips in the ‘My Trip’ app to show the newest trips at the top rather than the bottom. It’s a bit frustrating having to scroll to the bottom every time.

In the Trip you have Journeys. You can't change the order of the Journeys.
You can only have one Trip connected to a mobile pass. Then all trains are journeys connected to that Trip.
Thanks Anna. My apologies. I should have been clearer. The list of my trips I the Eurail app has the oldest trip at the top. I wondered if it was possible to get the newest or upcoming trips at the top.
