I’ve built a trip plan on the website via my laptop after signing in. I can go to My Trips when I look at my account and see it there. However, the trip plan itself does not appear and I can’t seem to access it. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Twice I’ve gone in and rebuilt the plan, but went in this morning and its gone again. Any assistance understanding why this would occur would be helpful!

Are you talking about the trip planner map on the interrail website? That ones is going to be removed. (the link to it has already been removed from the planning section on the interrail website)
I would recommend to create the trip in the railplanner app instead. (as you will have to do that anyway at some point for the actual travel)
