It looks like you have bought a pass in the current 20% off sale.

These passes are specifically listed as only valid to use from 1 September 2025.

If this is what you have done, to travel with a pass before that date you must either refund the pass (fully refundable if purchased within the last 7 days, 10% fee after 7 days) and buy a new un-discounted pass

or exchange the pass for an un-discounted pass (€15 fee after 7 days)

Don’t see the option to exchange my pass for the undiscounted pass

Read this:

https://www.eurail.com/en/eurail-passes/ordering-info/refund-exchange-policy

For exchange you need to buy the replacement pass FIRST.

If within 7 days of purchase you can just request the full refund.

I've bought another pass at a full price and still I have no possibility to book trains in July, saying that my pass is activated by June 2026

Booking reservations is completely separate from your pass. It's best to ignore the Interrail website for reservations because it's more expensive, less reliable, and never offers to choose your seat.

Instead, use this page as a guide:

@Christopher031030cm It is not possible to buy reservations with Trenitalia website, do it on raileurope.com, click on  “Add rail pass” to add you pass before you search a connection.
