Hi all,
I wondered if anyone has any information on the construction work that is scheduled to take place in Italy between Villach Hbf and Carnia and which is impacting the Nightjet service (NJ237) from Munich to Venice in July. I’m looking to take this train on Weds 17th July - currently the train is not available for reservation however the previous week can be reserved and shows a message that a “rail replacement bus service” will be in operation (not exactly ideal for a sleeper train...):
This message is currently showing for the trains departing on the 10th and 11th July, train from the 12th onwards are not open for reservation and haven’t been for the past 2 weeks.
Does anyone know how long this work is expected to last? I contacted OBB through their website about this and have not had a response.
