I have added the nightjet tickets/journey to our interrail app and passes . We have reservations for a couchette and these are on my obb app. Is there a way to add to the interrail app or not? Thanks!

Nope and there's no need to. Seat reservations and passes are totally separate. Whenever asked you show both on the train :)
It may be a good idea to print those reservations as the carriage attendant may want to keep them during the night. Otherwise on all other trains a PDF is good enough.
