Goodmorning! I have book on the OBB a ticket for the NJ 294 from Bologna to Munchen on the 8 of August, but the same train is not showing on the RailPlanner App. Do you have some suggestion? Also, even the train from Rome to Bologna on the same day is not showing on the app.

The app doesn’t update that often, happens sometimes. Don’t worry. In doubt, always trust the information issued by the company (here ÖBB) that operates the train.


The app currently lets you change in Villach, which is a data error.

Check for app updates shortly before the journey. If that doesn't bring up a direct train and you have a flexipass, then just add the train manually. With a continuous pass it doesn’t really matter.
