I have been asking questions since February 25 , yes I get a response but no solutions just to be given links and told to wait 24 hours .
I am now in France about to start our travels and on the “ my trips”  my name has the date and travels and a ticket but on my partner nothing . I have been intouch with customer service on messenger screen shot showed all and told the trips are all booked in both names . But why does she not have them under her name and tickets . As according to the app she would still have 15 travelers but days and according ti what we are told she is already travelling . Very controdictive !
we need to know we have tickets , we are Australians in France with no help , for two seniors travelling this is making out steam trip very stressful . Please help

Hello @Kathryn

This link may perhaps help you, read the sections « How to use a mobile pass » and « Buying & using passes for multiple people »:

I cannot give you other information, I always travelled alone.

It is impossible to understand what your problem from that, it is your first post here and the regular contributors here do not have access to your dialogue with customer services.

As far as I can figure your problem is with the app not reservations is that correct? If not then you should understand that reservations are completely separate from the app, they will not appear there even if bought from Eurail.

You have purchased 2 passes, have you activated them or tried to activate on one phone or separate phones?

If both on one phone you need to have 2 trips, one for each pass.

Perhaps if you post some screenshots here it will make things clearer.

I understand the reservations are seperate , and I apologise if my question is not clear , maybe my stress and fear is stepping in . Being in a foreign country and feeling lost !

There’s no need to apologise but I can’t give any useful advice until you provide more information about your problem.

Do you have 2 different Trips, one for you and one for your partner, in you Railplanner app?

Have you connected your Trip to your pass, and your partner's Trip to your partner's pass?

Did you add all journeys to both trips?

What happens if you add a new journey to your partner's trip? Does it show up there?
