No confirmation mail for adding my pass

Hi,

I bought my pass last year and want to start my trip next week. Now I wanted to add my pass to my mobile with my name and pass number. I got the confirmation that a 6-digit verification code will be sent to my email adress. However I do not receive that code. I checked also Spam of course. 

Can someone help ?

Hi Uwe, I have the same problem. I am waiting for the customer support service but am in need of urgent help since I have to use my pass right now. Could you tell me what helped you? Thanks a lot!

You can also use the chat on the Interrail website or the Ral Planner app.

Customer service normally replies quickly to urgent requests, e.g. for people who are travelling or want to start on the same day.

Hi Rosa-Maria,

in my case the IT OPs Team needed to do changes in my Profile on their System. That helped.

I  opened a ticket on eurail.zendesk.com and got contacted immediately.
