My question is... is there a way to get notifications of when Eurail Passes go on sale?

I guess that you will get a message if you subscribe to the Eurail newsletter.

@Bradley Brown The best way to do that is subscribe to the newsletter. We don't do pre-awareness messaging but we do try to alert our subscribers when a sale goes live.
