only two tickets per day are visible in rail planner

Hi! We've been travelling for over two weeks now and there is an issue with rail planner that is beciming a problem. Whenever we are using mor than two trains per travel day, details of train number three (or four) is not showing app in the tickets. We have checked both view today's tickets and the tickets directly under the passes. This problem is connected to my wife rail planner app. My tickets show up as they should. And yes we have restarted the phone and reinstalled tha app and everything. Any ideas what we could do?

Do you mean that the last train will not show below the barcode? Or are in general max. 2 trains showing?

I've seen the problem that the last train doesn't show, a few times before on the phone of a friend, although not always. It's not clear to me what causes it. The workaround for that is to add another train to your pass.

Please check whether this still occurs in the latest version of the Rail Planner app, which should be 52.0.0 (Android) or 52.0.1 (iPhone), released this week. You can see your app version under More (scroll to the bottom).

If you still see this problem then please report it to customer service:

Include screenshots of your trip (showing the toggled trains) and the list of trains below the barcode. You need to turn on "Allow screenshot” (in the menu at the top right) before you can make a screenshot of the ticket page in the app.
