I am helping a partially sighted friend order a paper pass. Delivery date is shown as 23 June. Does the confirmation email at time of order show the paper pass number ? He needs the pass number to make the Eurostar reservation , and would like to do this today, once the pass is orrdered. Thanking you, David.

Thank you for your question. When you order a paper Pass, we will print and ship it to you within a few days. You will receive a confirmation email containing your Pass Cover Number and tracking information. The Pass Cover Number can be used to add a traveller to your Interrail account for making seat reservations on our website. You can also use this number to reserve seats on Eurostar through the SNCB website.
If you need the Pass Cover Number urgently to make a reservation for a train that you believe might sell out, please contact our customer support soon after placing your order. We will send you the Pass Cover Number right away.
