Pass activation date Error

I have bought a flexi pass for 10 days over 2 months .However the pass won’t let me activate it until the 1st of September in the app. Obviously not very  helpful since I’m in Spain now.

You bought the promotional pass? It was clearly stated that it can only be used from the 1st of september. Guess you’ll have to exchange it for an ordinary pass.

If you bought the pass on eurail.com, then check this page:

Basically, buy a new regular pass and then request a refund for the old one (unless you can use it later: you can activate it until 11 months after purchase).
