pass disappeared after moving

We moved my partners pass from my phone to hers successfully - disappeared from my phone, appeared on hers. However, after a few minutes it disappeared from her phone. Any ideas gratefully received

  1. Make sure you have a good internet connection.
  2. Restart the app.
  3. Restart the phone.
  4. Check for app updates.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app. You won't lose any data. It can take a minute or so to load the trip(s) and pass(es) again.

Yep. Tried all that but no luck. We're in touch with customer support who have been responsive but no solution as yet. Strange that this happened immediately following a move from one phone to another. Anyone else experienced this?

Interrail managed to fix the issue. Not sure why the problem arose but they were very responsive in fixing it
