Folks I have a dilemma..... So we have interrail passes, not activated yet.... Each time I try to link to my acc it tells me the surname or pass number are invalid, when are actually not.... My daughter pass was bought same time and bought together, hers works fine for reservation.... It has now come to point that she has to try do my reservation via her account on her phone....and it works, but it won't let me use it myself.... Has anyone else had this issue and would you know how we can solve it, as we leave mid July, if info helps mine is adult 3 Mt, hers is youth 17 and 2 Mt one... PS... I can do her reservations via my acc too, just not my own... TIA

Sometimes account issues can be caused by the eurail system not properly handling names with accents/fadas or double-barrell names.

Good news is that with a few exceptions the best and cheapest place for reservations is not the eurail reservations site. Directly from some train operators or certain 3rd party websites are advised by us even for people who can access the eurail service.

Many thanks for your help, nope my name has none the above all written in English too.... We can't fathom how my daughter can do it but I can't and worried now could be told pass not scan and Invalid on trains as both are mobile passes.... Do ya happen to know if interrail are fast at replying to emails or is it a case of 100000000 working days like almost everything else is noe in life
