Comprei o passe para 10 dias.

A família está no 9° dia utilizando, exceto um dos integrantes que já está no 10 dia de uso, contudo, essa informação está indevida.

Como posso resolver essa situação com a interail?

Todos iremos precisar do passe para o 10° dia de uso, contudo faltaram para um.

E se tiver ativado o passe sem ter observado o erro é nosso e a Eurail não tem nada o que fazer?

But first, find out which additional day was activated. You can see that in My Trip. All dates with "travel day” next to it have been activated.

They must have activated a pass day without paying attention. Compare with someone else.

You can always buy a separate ticket if needed : something like Lisbon - Porto will be cheap.
