Phone swap

When I scan the qr to change my account into my new phone it opens an useless google tab, what can I do

The only account is your Interrail account, but that does not live on your phone.

What are you trying to do? Move your pass to another phone? I've never seen a QR code being used there. The FAQ doesn't mention it.

Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
