Is this in the Rail Planner app? Any trips and journeys you save in the app only exist on the device you save them on. Also there's no need to log in to do this.

In addition, the Rail Planner app should never be used to plan because it's often out of date an not reliable. More reliable are the operators’ own websites and apps. For international journeys, bahn.com or the DB Navigator app is a good choice.

If you want to see your trip on another device in the rail planner app, you can share it as link, opening the drop down menu with the 3 points in the upper right corner in “my trip” where you’ll find this option.
But your pass can only be linked to one device and you can only transfer it once, so I’m not sure if it’s useful for you to have the trip on multiple devices, but not the pass. But maybe you want it on the tablet because you prefer a bigger screen. In this case it might make sense to plan it on the tablet and import it on the phone.
