I planned and saved the start of a trip, but I can't find it. What should I do?

What do you mean by ‘saved’, and where?. Are you talking about the Rail Planner app, the Interrail website, or something else?
The website and app aren't linked at all.
In the end, you need your Trip saved in the Rail Planner app, in order to generate the QR code which is your ticket.

Il faut créer un voyage dans « Mon Voyage » avec l’appli Rail Planner. Vous pouvez chercher chaque train avec l’écran « Planificateur », et l’ajouter à votre Voyage.
On ne peut pas télécharger une itinéraire du Planificateur sur le site-web au l’appli.

Merci pour votre réponse, même si je trouve frustrant de ne pas pouvoir copier le trajet d’un voyage; il faudrait qe Interrail corrige cela
