Hello. can I plan our trip on my laptop on the website? Want to make sure if I plan trip that it will load up onto my phone app. OR do I need to do it all thru my phone app. Thanks

Indeed! When creating a Trip on the website, this is purely for making reservations and is not synchronized to the app. You will have to create a new Trip separately within the app to add journeys and generate QR tickets. Furthermore, in case the Interrail timetable is missing connections, you can check the railway website directly. You need to do it directly in the railplanner app. Just a small warning depending on where you are going to travel the interrail timetable is incomplete (For example in Bulgaria, Turkey, Scotland,...)

Interrail used to have a trip planner for the web that was easy to navigate from a Laptop. It wasnt as small as on the phone. Another thing I loved about it was that you used to be able to just share a trip easily to someone and they could watch it. Now with the app is way harder, the website I am using now I just found out about recently called Railey.app , but it doesnt have any live data as the old trip planner had but its ok alternative...
