So, I programmed my travel to april 20 of 2023 and I couldn’t travel because the strike on Berlin, I programmer an other one on to 21 april, but the same thing. I already lost two days that I couldn’t use. What can I do?!

You shouldn't have activated the pass in advance. That's why we advise people to activate it when you're about to board the train

You shouldn't have activated the pass in advance. That's why we advise people to activate it when you're about to board the train
