Eurail can't book seats for domestic trains in the UK, and that's why they say "Not available from Eurail.com”. They can be booked on the GWR website. See this page for instructions:

https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm

You'll also see where and how to book seats on other trains. This is the best guide to pass reservations and it's usually best not to use the Eurail website for reservations.

Seat reservations don't need to be added anywhere. They're separate from the pass.

For first time Eurail travellers, this page may also be interesting:

You can't prebook a seat on trains where reservations  can't be made.

That’s interesting! I’ve been trying to book the trains or at least make a trip with the timings clearly visible and I’m just not managing.

What do you mean with "book a train"? When you travel with Interrail/Eurail, the pass is your ticket. Some trains have mandatory reservations, some trains gave optional reservations and many trains have no reservations at all.

In the Railplanner app you create a Trip and to that Trip you connected Journeys (trains). All trains that you travel with must be added as journeys.

Thanks Anna, as a first time Eurail Traveller this is a little challenging and appreciate your advice. I think Im on the right track now and found the mobile App!!

From your experience is it ok getting on the trains without a seat reservation?? We purchased first class passes but are travelling in August & September, were mostly flexible on the day of travel but just wanted to to into your experience if possible??

Thanks Christine & Family

Despite what the Rail Planner says, you don’t need a reservation for your train to London. You can just add it to My Trip. If you’d like a reservation (they’re free, so why not!), the best place to get them is not through Interrail, but either online from GWR, or in person at a UK station.

Advice here (scroll down a bit): https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm#great-britain

The tube from Euston to London Bridge isn’t included in your pass, You can get the tube and pay with a contactless card. Or you can walk 10 minutes along Euston Road, and get the Thameslink train from St Pancras to London Bridge, which is covered by your pass.

The Trip you have created is on the Eurail website. You must download the Railplanner app and create the Trip there. In the Railplanner app every person must have their own Trip and Eurail Pass, either on their own phone or if someone has all Trips and Passes on the same phone.

Start by creating one Trip as you later can copy that Trip to more Trips.

You should give the first Trip in the Railplanner app the same name as the Trip you created on the Eurail website. That Trip should also be connected to the same Eurail pass as was used to make any  reservations on the Eurail website.
