Problem with the password

I have received my email about DiscoverEu where they say that I have to activate my pass but the app doesn’t work. What can I do? Because is a grant for 18 travelers

As far as I know, the DiscoverEU app should be the correct app if you have a DiscoverEU pass:

Can you log in using your credentials?

In any case if you don't get any further, ask the DiscoverEU team:

Please explain what "the app doesn't work” means. What do you expect it to do but it doesn't? Please include a screenshot of any error message or of where you are stuck.

The app tells me that discover eu app isn’t the app that I need, but to activate my pass first, I have to log in that app before enter to Rail Planner.
