problems to introduce the pass to the APP and we leave tomorrow

Hello, 

 

we leave tomorro and when I try to introduce the pass says that details don’t match. 

What can we do.

You say “we” is it one pass or all that you cannot get to use?

Are the passes within date?

Are there any accents in your name? these can cause problems.

Make sure that you are only adding your last name as messaged in the order e-mail, if you have 2 last names try each and both.

 

If you cannot get it to load then customer services are the only option to resolve this.

If you are stuck without resolution then possibly buying a replacement pass and being careful what spelling you provide, you can always apply to fully refund he non-working one later.
