Thankfully, I have received a permission for my complimentary travel companion pass. However, I am having trouble locating the specific Pass for a traveler with reduced mobility on Eurail website. Please guide me on how to purchase a 10-day Flexi Germany Pass for a passenger with reduced mobility?"

I don’t think this exists. A disabled traveler gets a normal adult pass and his carer gets a complimentary pass.
At least that’s how it seemed to work, when I purchased the passes for brother who has Down syndrome and my mother as his carer.

You buy a regular pass. Your travel companion has a free pass.
