Purchased 1st class (senior) pass 6 Poland pass, says 2nd class on receipt/pass

The title says it all really.

I purchased a 6 day one-country (senior) 1st Class pass for Poland for Euros 135.

What came in the invoice was a 2nd class pass. 🤔

I went back in to check if I had made a mistake, because then I would cancel it, get a refund and get the correct ticket. But that is the correct price and I’m not stupid..I was careful as I ordered it.

Also, the chatbot didn’t recognise the pass number. Kept telling me the pass number wasn’t correct. I was literally reading if off the email letter by letter and ummmm I know my surname.

Anyone else had this problem? It seems very odd for a system to make this kind of error.

Best wishes, Mark

Reply to customer service that you see in the confirmation mail and in the app does not correspond with what you paid for. Add a screenshot of the pass loaded in the app showing the class. I think you need to activate the pass, so use a future start date, take a screenshot, and then cancel the activation again.

I have had a response from Customer Service stating what is on the confirmation email.

I know what is on the confirmation email and it is categorically not correct.

I paid €135 for a 1st Class Senior 6 day Poland pass. My confirmation email shows I paid €135 but states that it is for a 2nd Class Senior 6 day Poland pass.

A 2nd Class Senior 6 day Poland pass is €107.

This is extremely frustrating and not sure what to do next.
