Purchasing Global Passes from Canada

Just trying to buy a couple of Global passes. Everything fails at the payment screen, I get -

Anyone else had this issue? I’ve tried using Chrome, Chrome Incognito, Edge, Edge InPrivate, Windows, Android. Nothing. Same error. Any idea are very welcome, many thanks!

Looking at the Inspect I see eurail.com trying to access checkoutshopper-live.adyen.com which is banned due to the website setup. Additionally it warns “Lit is in dev mode. Not recommended for production! ”.

Thanks AnnaB, just to close it off - the Eurail website was broken yesterday - nobody could purchase passes. They fixed it now. Thanks!
