The QR Code of the Railpass works mostly in the Netherlands few Reports mention it even worked in Italy, Spain
The QR Code doesnt work in UK & most french Stations there you have to find staff in the UK atleast one gate per station is staffed in France you have atleast a pole with buttons to call for help
In what country? What station? Sometimes you have also gates with staff or ask at the ticket office.

In France you can use the QR code of the reservation instead of the pass if you take a TGV.
