I am a U.S. passport holder. My husband is a UK passport holder. We have lived in the U.S. for years. He has a green card. He is a U.S. resident. Can he qualify for a Eurail Pass because the U.S. is his home? He has no address in the UK.

Pack a valid passport and check European visa regulations. Are you an EU citizen? Bring an external residency document or go for an Interrail Pass. Learn more"
