I am a U.S. passport holder. My husband is a UK passport holder. We have lived in the U.S. for years. He has a green card. He is a U.S. resident. Can he qualify for a Eurail Pass because the U.S. is his home? He has no address in the UK.

As long as he takes the Green Card with him it will be fine. The website says :
