The Rail Planner App will not download on my android cell phone. I receive a message that my device is not compatible with this version. Are other versions available?

Are you able to update the app through the Play Store ? Otherwise maybe delete the app and reupload it.
Maybe your phone is too old. You need OS version 6.0 or higher.
