We came back to the UK on Saturday on Eurostar and couldn’t get a train home because of the strikes. We had to get a coach instead.

I want to recoup the extra money we spent on the coach fare but my question is- who do I claim against? Interrail or the train company? We had a 22 day continuous pass.

Thank you

Normally the train company is responsible to propose/organise an alternative.
