Do we deserve not to refund the cancellation fee if the reason is there is no return trip available that appear on the Eurail webpage? There is an ongoing construction and it did not appear on the webpage. We thought there was no return trip and that is why we cancel our trip. Eurrail should inform the passengers on the webpage and the alternative trips should have appeared on the webpage. We do not have a choice but to cancel the trip. We deserve to get a full refund since the fault is from Eurrail side for not showing the information on the webpage.

Please give more details if you want advice from travellers helping others during their free time. Mention route, date and departure time.

Not all trains show up on the Rail Planner app. There can be bugs, misleading info. There's also the yearly timetable change, same happens every year.

As an example: you seem to be from Germany. Until last Wednesday DB Navigator/bahn.de was missing all timetables from December, they weren't published yet. In this case it isn't Interrail's fault.

Looking at the company websites help, looking at these links help, asking your questions here too.

The Eurail website and Railplanner app is not a reliable place for planning. Use the websites/apps of the national railways instead. DB is a good place to start.
